Friend was complaining Airbnb is a problem in his condo: random people making noise and jumping into the pool before 6am, Airbnb users inviting a village of friends over to stay together.

Is this a prevalent problem? Or is it just isolated in the condo with better connection (near town MRT) or close to tourist area (just checked one condo near marina bay seems to have lots of listings in Airbnb)?

Would potential Airbnb problem stop you have buying a property?

Thanks!

First feedback to your MA.

Next feedback to URA.

Call police suspect illegal immigrants, be helpful bring the police to the unit.

Feedback until the problem goes away.

Most of the time SP complain a lot but never feedback guess who know got the problem.

Agree. Write to URA, write to URA and write to URA. Provide photos, unit number. Example, different people pulling luggages in and out within a short span of time (1 week). You can't just write to URA complaining your entire estate/condo. They can't be having 1 person there standby and spot check. So some form of proof will be necessary. And not only town area, ulu places like changi south/flora or jurong area also have tons of listing. So it is up to owners to feedback, provide evidences.
