I was told the supply for rental units are very limited. Rental not dropping but going up leh.

I read the govt relaxing on PR... if you invest $2.5M, can get PR immediately, is it true?

I think what he means from his title is that they can buy the landed property cheap and rent out their current unit.

Yes limited units for rental. Non stop viewing even after hiked rent.
