Just want to say that I personally think that this is a great buy if you can get it around $800psf.

With Guocoland aiming for $1,500psf:eek: for The View @ Meyer... anything below $1,000 psf in the area will be a great buy. :D

Almost sold out. Left only a couple of units on the lower floors, facing the tennis court. Price? around high $8xx to low $9xx psf for these "undesirable" units. Finishings were of an acceptable standard, although not luxurious. Still, this condo is considered inexpensive when compared to The View @ Meyer, which is just around the corner.

I would rank them the following in terms of view:
1. The Belverdere.
2. The View @ Meyer.
3. Seafront @ Meyer.
4. Meyer Residence.

The Belvedere

I totaly agree! Considering that The Belvedere was being sold at only $700 - $800 plus PSF when launched! Today it can still beat The View and Seafront hands down.

You can't buy The Belvedere at $700-800 psf now. It is the jewel of Meyer. If Seafront @ Meyer is priced at $1,400-1,800 psf, then The Belverdere would be at least at this price given it has better view.
