$1000 psf era dead already lah.. pls be realistic. Don't always assume $1000 psf is the norm. 1 yr back, $900 psf was the norm, 2 yrs back $700 psf was the norm. As for 2009 prices? I don't really have a crystal ball but my 2 balls tell me that It'll be less than $1000 psf.
