These are few questions that always come to my mind:
1. Who is the biggest developer in Singapore? (In term of the number of units).
3. Who is the biggest winner/loser for this round of property boom?
4. Who has the largest land size in their "bank"?

Let's restrict this to private developer.

Far East boss is the richest man in Singapore. Does it imply Far East is the biggest developer?

How do you rank FCH, WingTai, UOL, Capital, Allgreen, Wheelocko?

Far East can be considered the largest as they have several projects ranging from uncompleted to completed projects.

I think CDL & Sim Lian has done pretty well last year.

FCH should be one of the giant. But why their website so lousy!

Far East is probably the biggest developer but is so rich sometimes they don't bother, even if many of their developments are 99 year leasehold, they also can sell until 10 years after completion still selling. "Rank" is a bit difficult for all the other developers because they each concentrate on their own niches (sometimes more at their traditional home ground where they already have malls). Traditionally, UOL dominates Tiong Bahru (tiong Bahru plaza) and Novena (Velocity, Square 2, United Square). Wheelock (Wheelock Place) in prime districts. Wing Tai is upmarket too. Allgreen (Great World City) in river valley. Capitaland is obviously the biggest developer and their quality is there, FCH is a growing developer so maybe that's why they haven't got their act together for their website.
