"Resort living" seems to be quite cheap at S$5XX psf. What's the catch?

it's built around one of the biggest and oldest mosques in the east. some like it coz of that. It's also next to a huge park which is a big favourite for dog runs, sports and such. wonderful facilities. i shortlisted this prev, but my wife could not stand the acoustics of the area.

have visited this condo last week - very old style to my opinion. Units are all very dark, no brightness, odd layout, bathroom and kitchen to be renovated - fully - kitchen comes with built in fridge.......as old as the project. For wifes and hubbies cooking, kitchen very very depressing. Check by yourself, you will understand.

swimming pool like quite victorian style - in a way could be nice - but seems quite old - can see rust and crack here and there ( not so safe for kids I guess)

Looks very isolated yet have a noisy road in the back.
Lots of ang moh around...actually I didnt see much local except the agent and us !

10 yrs old lah...cannot expect much.... why buy condo just for facilities ? must also like the appartment !
