Anybody can advice if there is min occupation period before I can buy a condo after the resale HDB flat without any grant. Thanks.:)

BTW, The resale HDB flat was in HDB concessionary interest rate loan

Never take grant means can buy condo anytime.

If take HDB loan then cannot sell HDB until 3 years up but still can buy condo anytime


If take bank loan then can sell HDB after 1 year up.

John, Thanks for your reply. So for my case with HDB loan, I have to live in the HDB flat for 3 years and rent out the private house within this 3 year's period. Am I right?:confused:
