Can anyone give some advise / personal views / comments on these 4 different condos?

I've been to view Savannah and I love the facilities there. But little things bug me like the layout of its living room and the "tier-ed" layout of its rooms e.g. the 3+1 bedroom units are set very "deep" into the building, so when I look out of the windows I feel a bit constricted.

Country Park attracts me as it's very close to amenities like Cold Storage and Bedok Corner. But the grounds are small and price is high.

At quite a lost! Appreciate any advise please, thanks!

Still leaves him with TMC and EM, btw the two I think it is a matter of budget as TMC is cheaper but less accessible and vice versa for EM.

Savannah's LH and further away, while Country Park's FH and closer to town - that's why Country Park's more expensive. Have friends in both places. Both condos are relatively quite and Savannah does have bigger compound. If I have to choose between the 2, Country Park's my choice (better finishing, closer to town, FH).

Savannah has more extensive facilities than CP by far, and CP is rather inconvenient as it is quite far to the MRT. If transport is a concern, East Meadows and TMC are better.
