Since this asshole is so desperate, just fix an appointment with him and get him to bring you here there and everywhere to view any condo you want and tell him two days after all the viewings that you have bought a unit with another agent.

where got agent only market ONE project ???

Azure on Monday,
Berth on Tuesday,
Coast on Wednesday,
Oceanfront on Thursday,
Corals Island on Friday,
Paradise Island on Saturday,
Treasure Island on Sunday.

All must view twice, one day viewing and one night viewing.
Tell him to pick you up in his car. Die die never drive your car in. ( 2 viewing a day for a week= 6x10+7x4= $88):banghead:

After all e viewings, tell him u not interested but will be recommending a friend that interested to invest 1 unit per project for sentosa to him :D :D :D
