Buying a new/resale condo

Can anyone advise me on the payment terms of new condo and resale condo? Whats the difference between the payment terms of these 2 types of property? Tks.

New and under construction condo - ur instalments depending on stages of the construction progress
Old condo - Upon bank disbursement, you will pay the instalment amount on the loan disbursed

resale - full bank loan kicks in, you can move in :D
new/under construction - progressive payment, wait for TOP
