Not much fire sales to be expected though there will be some. Always be some anytime and anywhere.

These new measures don't affect the loan package secured... it will run until the debtor defaults... then you will get some.

Sigh! Looking at the number of bro/sis here looking for firesales, my conclusion is price will remain very stable :) Everyone can't wait to snap a good deal means that the good deals will be few and far between ;)

How to we define fire sales? The prices below current "market value" or prices during "sub prime crisis" period? If it is below current value but yet way above the prices during "sub prime crisis" then can it still be considered as fire sale?

i think those fire sales are already taken by property agent before they advertise.

correct. the big time agents would have given the good lobangs to their preferred clients or they buy themselves.

if past this stage and still available, pass on the lobang to small agents and their clients.

if past this stage and still available, lobang will appear on newspaper and websites ads. where it ceases to be a lobang liao.
