A high floor stack 8 will have very nice view...too bad psf too high and balcony too big. :beats-me-man:
Ya! Just saw Straits Times and they have a full page ad. Says prices start from $1235 psf. Watch closely for new launches at Bendemeer and Bishan. If it's more than this, then maybe it is worth it.
If I have a unit there. I will shift my sofa set, TV & console to the balcony:D to cover up the wastage.. cos the balcony is really too big:doh:
