Went to a friend's unit here. Looks pretty well maintained for such an old place. Rental seems quite low though and the kids at the pool are quite noisy. Any thoughts on this place? Any enbloc potential?

Nice area, but rather inaccessible. AM is expensive and you are right that rental doesn't do it justice.
i was told the rental not great also cos it is not 1 km from nanyang pri.
