Guoco Midtown is a new mixed-use development by GuocoLand Limited. It is set to rejuvenate the Beach Road district. Expected to be completed by the first half of 2022. Nestled near the intersection of micro-markets City Hall, Marina Centre and Bugis.

Midtown Bay, the residential component of Guoco Midtown. The integrated development will be served by the East-West, Downtown, North-South and Circle MRT lines and linked via an underground passage to Bugis MRT interchange.

Was told that this weekend will be preview and then close till early Sept where TQL site is announced (likely to jack up price depending on bid price). Not sure if its true but this weekend will be there to look see look see.

do update us! i thought even this weekend has been cancelled only heard about the delay.

The stunts big developers pull....can't live with them can't live without them.
