#COS2021 Coming your way in 2021: The HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter, which provides a consolidated assessment upfront of your eligibility for a new and/or resale flat purchase, housing grants, and HDB housing loan. When implemented, this will replace the existing HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) letter.
