Just went to view the show flat. 8 units cluster detached units. Priced beside $3.8m to $4.8. Sizes from 5000sq ft to 7000+sq ft.

$5000psf, all new hdb units will be sold at $1000psf.

Who are you kidding? Try telling all those poor retail minibond investors that it was a joke. The credit crunch is here to linger and domino down the industry built on debt. Until the dust settles, property is going to take a big hit as people panic and flip. I'm sorry but if you are an agent, you should had saved your acorns last year for the long winter.
