Looking for 1 bedroom of resale condo or EC unit with budget Max 500K

I am looking for a 1 bedroom of resale condo or EC unit (eligible for Single PR) with criteria as

follow:
- Any location in Singapore, more strategic will be better
- 1 bedroom or 1+1
- Max Budget $500K
- Unit condition is still good
- Fire Sale or Value for money (good deal), such as current owner want to sell
immediately since he want back for good to his country.

If you don't have any unit which fulfill those criteria, please bookmark this
page for now. I heard the property price is going down and once you have a unit
