i saw 2 era agents camping outside rivergate on tuesday evening attempting to tout martin modern.
New Futura is a brand new ultra luxurious condominium located in one of the most prestigious address, Leonie Hill in District 09. The rare Freehold condo will be developed by an equally influential developer City Developments(CDL).

Anyways, the sales for Martin Modern is unexpectedly good for a project with this kind of quantum. This really prompted the developer to increase the prices for Martin Modern. Now you are really looking at $2,400psf for a good unit here.
