Some details are finally appearing for this one Holland Village condo. Firstly, it will retail spaces clustered around courtyards with a very nice streetscape similar to the scale of the existing Holland Village. It will also have offices, and public parks and squares for events. And the one Holland Village condo will have 3 types of residential apartments, some of which will be showcased in the one Holland Village showflat. Low-rise shophouse-inspired types, standard apartment types, and luxury apartments with private lifts.

There are quite a number of new launches in the Holland/Farrer area. While prices of Holland area have gone up with these new launches, they are still relatively cheaper than Orchard Road area which is not too far away. There might be a 'spill-over' effect.
