Where to file complaint against own managing agent?

Anyone knows who to turn to?My friend has some issue with their MA due to some accounting discrepancies?

I got this problem before, just write to their main office to complain the ma

I was told ma also the boss... Small company :doh:

Change the MA.

But still cannot resolve the problem that already occurred right?
