Need some input from expert in this forum. I have a friend who is currently staying at the above mention property. Visited him recently and found out the his house is quit big compare (approx 2,500sqft) compare to what I am staying right now @ Haig Court.
Interested in getting a unit there for investment and potential en-bloc dream; but no available unit for sale. When down to see some show flats nearby today, notice that the building height along the road average 5 floor even those new Apartment or Condo.
Wondering, if I am able to secure a unit on one of those older apartment along that area; what's the potential en-bloc change? What's the plot ratio? and lastly whether there are any height restriction along that area until Kovan Melody.
Need advice and inputs from others.
