    1000 psf can get a 2000 sqft FH condo ... very very nicely renovated in D11 ...

    Oh i recall this is the GLS plot sometime back meant with smaller developers in mind.

    Units sizes are really small 743sq ft for 3 bed, 517sq ft for 2 bed. >80% are 2 bedders and below.

    conclusion: smaller developers build smaller units???

    Really? Where? FH or not? Got at least 30m x 6m swimming pool, tennis court and gym or not? Is it "condo" status development? Not in Balestier or Upper Thomson or Machritchie or Shelford area & above right? (Not in those cheap-skate D11 locations right?). Not flood prone estate right? If yes to all the above I am interested & can pay you 1% commission if I buy.

    How to have 3 bedrooms in 743 sf?
    Just 3 bedrooms each big enough for a bed for quickie usage?

    Next to Mosque...something to take note.. prayer session, good for someone not affected by noise..or congestion outside condo when prayer is on.

    Very small units.., since by Fragrance Group..., maybe these are modelled after Budget Hotel room size.., I personally would rather consider Minton instead...

    small devt ...market can absorb....but not sure whether is it too small to live in?? hmm.....roughly about 500units MM 1/2bedders will be completed in 2-3yrs time?

    Yup.....743sqft is 3 bedroom....what the heck? This is even smaller than the 3 bedder for Glasgow Residences of 883sqft....OMG.....what is the developer thinking? Crap development. And will there even be a showflat? Investors and home-buyers should stay away from such project.

    MM makes it way to the 3bedder and penthouse. incredible, probably only have walking room for 1 person in any of the common corridor or area.

    if used as 'chicken coup' ..
    each room needs just a super single bed and a bedside table with a lamp and a box of tissue paper ... and a small bin
