    Default Landed Property at Potong Pasir

    May have the intention to buy a F'hold terrace at Potong Pasir.
    Any feedback or comment on the landed property over this place??

    Do you mean sennett estate? Not many landed in potong pasir. Not more than 20 nos.

    Are you not worried of being enbloc or worst still, land acquisition by garment for road widening. There are very few houses and a piece of vacant land. Be careful.

    those one lane roads were already a nightmare before intero, one l etc were built. Now it's even more crazy, especially with st andrew's village. Getting out to the main road is even more challenging.

    No sure with the traffic condition on the inner road.. but I do notice the main road (alongside PIE) is quite bad every now & then when sometimes I drive pass that road heading towards Uppr Serangoon Rd/MacPherson Rd junction

    Inner road a lot of traffic. People cut through the estate. Flood could be a problem.

    i have lived in the area for more than 8 years - traffic is increasing but I have never experienced a flood.

    I also notice that cars having a problem to enter to main road whenever there is a jam at the main road

    It is better stay in Sennett Estate or further down, Macpherson Garden.

    It is not under PAP. Macpherson Garden is under Marine Parade GRC.

    if the district is not mentioned...

    how can one know if its sennett in D13 or sennett in D16?

    Any history shown that this landed housing area was flooded whenever there is heavy downpour?
