have you even been in that project? muthu curry right below whole day can smell nice curry and the facilities is zero and units are looking right into each other

In terms of surrounding I would say.. Race Course 138 totally can't compare to Oxford Suite lor.

agree.. dun really care as long as some one is willing to rent from you. Imagine the rental yield compared to others.
Muthu problem, ask muthu to move lor. But then again, Muthu will attract Indians and Indians could rent from you.
