    the undeveloped piece of land is bought over by Hong Leong Group. Don't think they will launch cheap since the breakeven price is $700 - 750 psf.

    What kind of condo are you expecting them to build? Base on the current material cost 500psf is more then enough to break even + profit. Maybe that is the highest average selling price they can get is they launch it at this period.

    Thanks guys.

    Looking at in the plot of land bidding price of $282 is lower that Casa Merah which is $318. Given current economy and lower construction cost, let's hope that they will price it at much lower price than Casa merah

    If anyone got news on the launch date, please update me.

    lowest during launch price was $588... dont think people will sell at loss... since the location is not bad... they still can rent it out... if they worry about loan, they should sell cheap now... but so far none.

    Call the Developers on the land in-front of Casa merah. They might be launching in mid of 2009. This is an alternative for those who are interested in Casa merah

    Open to stack 47 high floor at below 650k.
    Also want to confirm where is the rubbish point located?

    hmmm.. dun think stack 47 is a good choice. faces tennis court, and the bedroom layout is abit strange.

    call agents, there are quite alot marketing for Casa Merah. i still get calls from there. they could be some 600k below but facing the empty plot of land. so be prepared for lots of noises when new development construct.

    Agree, I am also waiting. Hopefully toward end of the year when the project TOP, price will drop with some having problem to get loan.

    Me too want to get 3brm at $600K.

    Guess not really a lot of people are interested in this area. Hmmm, my feel is Casa Merah is too clamp in terms of layout. Too many stacks. Location not too bad as compare to Livia and DBR. Btw, when the open space be launch is not the main menu, it's how much they need to launch that will be interesting!

    Yup, I called the developer TID and they will probably launch in mid 2009.
    I think they are building the showroom now.

    If price is right, I will get from them as Casa merah is a big estate, I prefer a smaller estate

    Thanks for the info. Do we need to call them to get invited to the preview?

    Think price should be comparable to DBR and WFW. I wonder if smaller development equates to higher maintenance fee?
