    Be careful...

    The maths are telling a story.

    From the bottom of recession, prices climbed 40 % or more...

    Then LTV of 40 percent came in at the peak.

    So in theory, prices can fall 40% without hurting many people.

    Beware the double d recession. Anyway 20 % below peak is already a very good entry price.

    They will sell slowly as there is another site being sold in front of the potong pasir mrt stn. They have already breakeven.
