Nin is just in front of the field where they had the rally and can watch from the living room if Potong Pasir is not part of a Marine Parade GRC.

I am sure developer can wait to sell out this project. They already sold half of the apartment - 117(sold) /169 (release so far) and total units in development (219). They have already break-even.

If they already break even and got holding power, why still have such a discount???

Is it discount for all units or just some? Concourse skyline also give discount or absorb certain cost but for selected units.

This project anyhow increased the px....initial preview was 12xxpsf for the 1bedder rite?

By looking at the caveats, some 2-3beders(looks like non-pes units)sold for 10xxpsf.....and others mostly 1200psf.....

Watch out for May caveat. Think they sold quite a tidy sum of units after the GE. Thanks to the people of Potong Pasir. LoL.

Yes yes but landed prices are also climbing like crazy! Well, at $1300 psf, it's more prudent to go for CCR.

Left about 40+ units that are either low floor or face the West/busy road. Developer is closing showroom on 1 Aug, so there is opportunity for negotiation of lower price. Confusing part is showroom is marble flooring and everywhere but the brochure says homogeneous tiles. Quite a nice project in terms of architecture and location.

These professed housing agents always tell me sold out during VVIP.

Then when I go back later, those units that I was eyeing are on sale. So now I always put a different HP number so that the agent who served me earlier cannot claim that he serve me first.

    I share the same sentiments.

Went to see Jool Suites and it was going for about $1600psf for 1 rm. Mad! I might as get Soleil 2 rm also going for about $1600 psf.

$1400 psf approximately. These r for e remaining not so good units! Developer has already made tons of profit. The rest of e unsold units juz slowly sell or rent out upon TOP.

    Nin is like Yin....

Since they book big profits.. why advertise so much and wanna throw in freebies.. Just sit back, relax and wait for the next plot.

    Moral of the story

HDB owners should not be allowed ot buy private flats.

Likewise, private flat owners should not be allowed to buy HDB flats.

    No conflict.
