    Default MM- TOP"ing" in District 1 & 2 in next 2yrs will find tenants?

    "MM- Do you think all the MM TOP"ing" in District 1 & 2 from now and the next 2years will be able to find tenant easily? If so why yes or no?"

    Hi all, i am a noob in property investment...am eyeing on MM at Nomu, Suites@Orchard, Robinson Suite, Lumeire, The Clift.

    All opinions are greatly appreciated and look forward to an interesting debate.

    For all the projects you mentioned usually shouldn't be challenging to find tenants. Unless super bad facing or horrendously furnished or somebody died in it before etc. Or you asking unrealistic pricing.

    hmmm, thanks for the referred thread.
    But i always thot if i get a Nomu (even thought its FH instead of LH99)
    If i am a expatriate tenant, i will chose Suites@Orchard because its probably cheaper rent for better facilities (eg.pool).
    In that case i will have less rental yield.

    duno wor...Nomu i not vested....been there once....The VIEW quite nice for some units

    go view more la....lumiere....clift...1shenton etc etc

    i prefer CBD if u were to ask me

    which MM project in D1 & D2 has the best/poor rental yield and capital appreciation in yr opinion?
