hi all! im a newbie here hoping to get some good advice for my home hunting.
Im comparing these 2 areas as im looking at TK for cosiness,yes i know its the jam etc some may not like it here. But im fine with it as its serenity my priority.
But what is the potential upside value between these 2 places?
looking at TK lor N or M and upper east coast rd condo

TK, less than 1k psf still have if you dun mind resale and older apartments.
Upper East Coast area are cheaper, if you meant the vicinity around Bayshore. 800psf u should be able to get. Resale i meant.

I would go for Upper East Coast as it's relatively quieter and less crowded
