and we continue our comment and lobby for a clampdown on air con ledge abuse. look at the 2 bedder, as though an air con ledge spanning 2 bedrooms is not enough, one more beside the toilet!

the a/c ledge size is really way out of proportion.....1bedder only 387sqft but the a/c ledge same size as the balcony! way way out of proportion

If creative a bit can use the air-con ledge to dry your clothes, using the space there and the hot air from the air-con. It is not too bad afterall.

Provided that the aircon units are floor mounted, but then makes it difficult to walk.

This is air-con ledge, not yard. How to walk out to hang clothes to dry? Have to climb through window everyday?
Scarely you fall like the china girl in The Citrine and the police charge you for suicide?
Ops, the police most likely have no chance to charge you because you have become smashed watermelon!

units at Trilight have air con ledges which are so big, you can put your air con and still WALK out to dry your clothes and still have a nice and safe facade. so developers, if they want to do it, is possible with some creativity. Teddy, i thot u D11 specialist should know this well mah.

Trilight is of the worst in terms of paying for unusable space. The balcony + bay windows + aircon ledges + planter areas take up like >30% of stated sqft?

Warm air from the condensing units at the A/C ledge can help to dry your clothes. Be careful not fall off like what happen at balestier. IT will be headlines

It will be a norm for a moment. Smallest unit 387sqft, A/C-29sqft & balcony-32sqft, left with ~326sqft useable space (incl walls) . Micro unit.

    2bedders 657sqft & 635sqft A/C alone - 86sqft
Notice the sofa is compact type, w/o armrest?

How to squeeze 2 br + living, dining, kitchen into 657 sqft? ( especially with so big balcony & zircon ledge?). 2br used to be about 900 sqft at least. Have people's size shrink by 35% to squeeze into 657 sqft?

beats me, queen bed & single bed so i assume 3 pax staying in 1 unit, but the sofa & dining strictly for 2, the other must stand to eat & watch TV. Is this upgrading or downgrading lifestyle?

i've seen 6xx~7xx sqft with 1 toilet still doable, but this 635sqft has 2 toilets. Sofa no space then sit on Laufen also not bad

I don't think this condo is for own stay. How to stay? For rental more likely. Anyway, the location is not too ideal. Don't rush into it. No MRT also.

be careful when u use the AC ledge to dry clothes

when the service aircon ... sometimes they use air jet to spray clean the compressor ..and the dust will fly and fall on your clothes ..

some even use water to spray

600+ sqft can combine their WC into living room, not used can use as stool, used can draw a curtain around. This will help to squeeze in more space.
