    H2O is better, but it has a lesser lease now.

    H2O for the win !

    Actually based on your requirements of needing a place ASAP, H2O has to be the choice rather than Q Bay.

    I like H2O location as well. It is located in a newer precinct of Sengkang and that area is "exclusive" as it is all condos. The Seletar mall is nearby and there's supposed to be sheltered walkway from H2O to the LRT station.

    How about the air quality there. My friend told me North East area is near to Johor, so you will smell those polluted air from factory. But i'm not sure how true is it.

    And this afternoon i called the sales hotline, 3 bedrooms 1,130 only left low and high floor..

    if i take 3rd floor at stack 12, not sure whether will block by the fitness center and noise level not sure is it acceptable.

    What is the estimated T.O.P of H2O Residences judging from the industrial standards and track records of CDL and Woh Hup?
    From sengkangzai.blogspot can see that most levels blocks are reaching 20th floor, and in the midst of finishing the foundation works of the facilities. Bin centre is almost done and the function room has been erected as well.

    Based on CDL's website, Q2 2015. Lush Arces will be in Q4 2016.
    Based on your website, I reckon full completion of construction by Dec'14. The TOP inspection probably another 3 to 6mths.

    New columbarium is going to build at sengkang one street away from river tree condo , riverbank condo , h20 condo and lush Ec will this affected the prices of the condo there ?

    Yes it will definitely affect the value of all the condo there. Their market value will appreciate and soar further due to the columbarium. There is now additional amenities that cater to even the afterlife.

    H2O is too far away to be affected.

    Design and facade of H2O is one notch up against the recent developments.

    The columboriam is very far away, I.e. cushioned by a few projects......
