But the land is also huge, more than 490,000 sqf, almost the same size as The Minton.
The Minton has max 17 floors and 1150 units.

There is another plot of EC/DBSS at Bedok Reservoir to be launched soon and then another plot next to Temasek Poly could come in next few years. Hope Bedok Reservoir will not suffer from overdevelopment and loses its serenity .... green bug a warning from Mother Nature ??
Exclusivity normally means not so convenient to access ... once MRT is up, no more exclusivity loh

I think this piece of land is on high ground. should be able to see the reservoir view.
