New here. My wife and myself are looking to get a new develop private property but wonder what the payment scheme like and also can we use CPF to pay all the stages or must be fully in cash?

the best is to tok to a banker and get a loan approval in principle

For 2nd ppty, 70% financing only out of which 10% is cash min.
How much u can use from CPF depends on minimum sum and etc. U must check with CPF board.

80% loan for 1 ppty with 10% cash min.

might want to fully redeem the first loan if it is within the 10%
