    Just wondering is this condo within 1km of red swastika school? www.onemap.sg shows that it is at the boundary of 1km and 2km of red swastika school.

    It is a radius from the school. Sometimes it is not all the blocks in a given development is within the 1 or 2 km distance. [Do check carefully.     Contract awarded to Lian Beng for 128 millions, target completion Oct 2014

    The have started work. Judging the speed of construction of WFK, hopefully could be early 2014.

    For Red Swastika, the two towers at the back should be within 1km as block 722 HDB is 0.81km from the school, those overlooking reservoir could be dangerously at the border

    Hytech Lian beng Nakano Lian beng.

    Nakano reputable to give good finishing.
    As for Lian beng, they are reputable to be very "fast"

    simply means they are building waterfront key and waterfront isle. no other special meaning.

    Any one has any idea on the estimated timeframe for the foundation to be completed. Seems like little works has been started for Isle....

    Dunno leh, maybe next 10% sometime early next year? Look at wf gold, more than a year liao still doing foundation...

    Foundation not completed due to showflat still existing but Lian Beng has started work on the void deck and digging for basement ... guess just transfer workers from WFK will do, so expect WFI to progress as fast ..

    Will prefer finish in 2y with 80% quality compared to 3y with 90% quality anytime

    86% sold, showflat still there

    WFI should be super-windy, being unblocked almost everywhere ... actually some stacks like 27 with lake view (west sun) was sold at 8XXpsf similar to ATT but somehow moving very slowly Stack 28 is slightly more expensive but with 1br behind having pool view ... almost priced similarly to ATT last time

    Went to hdb block 725 level 16 behind WFG, can see pocket lakeview (+ Quary Park) to the north and tiny city view to the west, azeo 14th floor should be about this height

    Still remember Laguna talking about offloading 2/3 of his properties, wonder he has managed to buy back with his recent killings in eu-Habitat

    Mine will be even smaller pocket view from the entrance to the project. Most probably seeing temasek poly. Anyway can always go to the sky garden for the view haa haa.

    Yes west view can see the city if not blocked by other blocks.

    FEO should build Gym at 8 floor and a few F&B commercial units in between the 2 lifts ... how to sell the commercial unit when it is a 2nd floor next to the busy road

    Last heard one high floor 2br poolview transacting > 1250psf ... roughly price up by 10-15% since launch ... but SSD will prevent any subsales

    how is this project? only left the Road facing units which are price at a premium of 1300psf!...

    The West sun facing school units are 1000psf.

    Compare to waterfront wave TOPing..? how?

    The leftover units at euHabitat are priced at 12XX-13XX so i would think he meant increased...

    progressing well, both WFG/WFI as of 28 Oct, 2brs sold out according to list updated at FEO website
