no view. that part of bedok reservoir is hilly, and the condo sits at the base of the hill, with the hill blocking the reservoir view. not to mention the tall trees and condo height of 5 stories (6th storey is penthouse or 2nd floor of penthouse).

Forget about paying for the reservoir view, and trees will eventually grow taller. Go for the lower psf units if you wish... and hang a nice lake view picture or some sort in the house... veri much cheaper that way. Walk to the reservoir if you really want the real view and real feel...
