Hi, Juz wondering izzit a good buy for seletar areas pte 99LH 600-650 psqft, at this new cooling measures, or should i wait till end of the year (possible price increase due to more amenities launching)?
If i'm Buying a condo for own stay, is 600-700psqft is big risk in any parts of spore?
