No worry.. My ID confirmed that this is a design which will cost more as the tiles need to be placed according to the lines drawn..

Although I am not CR owner, we are waiting for TN just across the road

CR seems to give us an idea of what to expect?

i have to say i am quite lucky that my defects list is still acceptable.. rectification done and reno almost done. going to move in soon.

MCC not so responsive but the engineer from main-con are ok. They tried do whatever i requested. i even called him up and ask him to change water tap and drill holes for me after i decided to change the tap.

they don't have much workers, got to give them some times.

devilshin, i follow some of the neighbours to change the tap for the washing machine to a shorter tap so that i can push the washer and dryer closer to the wall to flash with the kitchen cabinet.

i also added an adaptor to split the water outlet to 2. One side connected to my washing machine while the other side connected to my water filter.

my balcony's size is abt 1.55m x 3.15m. The Royal grass has 4 different types. mine is $125 per sq-m.

The plastic drainage cell is 0.5x0.5 sqm per piece and it is cost $5 per piece.

the grass come with standard width of 4m but different length.. The sale guy will help you to find the closest available stock for you. so you might have some wastage.

i installed myself and it is considered easy job.. They charge ard $300 last time when i asked for the installation quote.

artificial turf was one of the option that I considered for the balcony as well. However, my wife was very concern about the maintainence esp. after the rain, as the rain will make the turf 'shoggy'.

    how's it so far?

hard for me to answer it right now.. my balcony hardly splashed by water although there were a few heavy rains. So far so good. You can try visit the farmart and try out their grass after the rain.. they have many outdoor samples.

    新公寓交屋不到两年100公斤橱柜突轰然倒下
    22/02/2016 on 新明日报

    By 陈莹纮

Hi all, any resident in Canberra Residences care to share about the experience living there and feedback on property maintenance? I'm considering resale unit there, therefore would like to get some feedback. Thanks in advance!
