    Its a 1bedder for 11xxpsf....vy common to see mm 1200-1500psf anywhr now i bet u cant get 4xxsqft mm below 1kpsf now

    yes, all launched. according to ura site it's 331 out of 501 sold since official launch late april.

    Isnt seaStrand better choice than this?

    location equally bad but atleast nearer to mrt.. and cheaper..

    seastrand isn't cheaper. it seems cheaper cos they r only releasing the lousiest units currently. will need to see avr psf after all units r released.

    seastrand 5 min bus to pasir ris mrt, but hedges 10 min bus to simei mrt, which is nearer to town, so ard same. if looking at future dtl3, then hedges is only 2-3 bustops away via 3 buses.

    takes someone staying in this region to know the finer details

    SeaStrand has 2 side condos..one side HDB and one side open..
    Both look quite bad...

    dont remember hedges prices.. must be cheaper than seaStrand..

    oh forgot to mention seastrand units r larger, so psf will tend to be lower

    1br units are all sold out...or maybe left with 1 unit only...heard from agent but I'm not sure if the information is reliable...

    .. out of 450 units they will launch 100 units,sell 90 and will tell you project is 90% sold out

    looks like 'H' LH99 prices had helped all those FH projects in Flora to move upwards...

    Sales is considered very good in view of a location that is not near to amenities and MRT. Because of Hedge, many buyers are snapping FH A-G at higher psf. Its unlikely that Hong Leong will bring down price to clear.
