Shelford area is SOLID n with forever potential. Tops schools fr Pri to College, 2 x MRTs, varity of shops n ntuc, clinics n many others, though jam but u have to be rich to jam there, just like billionaires Ng family n Many others..
when talking about "Prime" district 11, it used to be Shelford/Watten area, now the general consensus has shifted to Newton/Novena area where there's more amenities.
