Hi Guys/Gals,
Any views on the landed properties at Thomson Garden Estate as some look old and run down. With the soon to be built NSE, how will prices be affected. And anyone staying around there? how's the noise like given it's close proximity to the "zhng" my ride workshops in Sin Ming area. Thanks!

and whats a reasonable PSF to offer, as most owners are asking for the Moon and even far away pluto.

Visited one of the newly built units about a month back...jas its back facing the workshop.
No noise as its on a weekend but the chemical smell was pretty strong.....will get intoxicated if you have to breathe this day in and out...

The NSE will be very close. Not sure it's a good thing. They will be moving some of the workshops out of that area. The roads are narrow so you may not be able to park along the side (nor your guests either).

unless your unit is very close to the NSE, I think the NSE is a good thing. Hopefully it will cut down the travel time to the city.

AVoid unless it is bloody cheap. Buy for investment tenants live with it for 2 years whereas u need to put up with it day in day out. What for?
