    as it is now,its already overly congested in TK...
    now another of those typical 5 storeys project will pile on to the eyesore.

    Instead of mechanised parking, this development has basement parking and surface parking lots.

    Agreed, that uncommon in. Tk.
    But that area are too congested....drive is a nightmare

    Btw, this wont be the last of the mm....should have more in pipelines

    Isnt TK under the restricted sites list? can't have anymore in the future.

    Yep, full basement. Agent was telling me the selling point is that all units have lots of windows! Claims that this is the best deal in D15 for 2 bedders. 1 Bedder he was saying Sycamore Tree is the best(Both marketed by ERA).
