    yah and quite efficient design too. after going through the tsunami of upcoming MMs in geylang all at one go, i m having a headache and feel like puking...literally hahaha.

    Thank god for the good selection of the units. Even the 1 bedder looks decent with proper space allocated.

    Everyone is right, after going through so many ridiculous mickey mouse launches recently, I am glad that there are still developer out there building something that is actually livable.

    I am quite a follower of this developer, I missed PSB so went for 2 units at Coralis instead. Anyone has any idea on the indicative psf for this project?

    Tiong Aik coralis , PSB is nice design, but this Aurealis... color a bit too "old" .. , i think
