Bliss is so much nearer to MRT station. If same price, will go for Bliss... Seriously I think anything above $1150 psf is overpriced.

It should be expensive since there will be almost no more supply of MMs in Kovan. I rem this launch is supposed to take place a few months ago but not sure why it is pushed back to early next year. I will put it around $1400 psf for 1 bedder.

That will then set the pace for a 2 bedder at about $1300 psf and a 3 bedder will be $1200 psf? Plus the 10% discount should just hit my target...

Developer sets $1400 psf as the target, and tell you it is 10% discounted. This is how developers work to con buyers. The real discounts are those marked down AFTER the official launch.

With the current uncertainties, developer still dare to set $1400 psf as the after discount price? Hmmm.... I'd go for resale then... Lol!

Bliss at $1500psf+ is almost fully sold. FH properties are hard to find nowadays, particularly FH MM at Kovan. 物以希为贵. Prices for the MMs will not drop.

Visited Bliss showflat... location is good but the interior floorplan and layout is just CMI... Think many bought for investment!

Left the large units. At this price, the key selling point is actually the side gate for walking to the MRT.

I was looking at ura carvet the other day , only about 30 plus units . So fast zoom up! ....Why the rest don't lodge? Curious if there is any discount given....any one knows?
I felt this project is very pricey ...that area can get congested during festives....

I'm also curious. The MM apartment I bought only has 2/3 of total units in the caveat. Maybe there are very rich people out there paying full in cash. It's pricey because it is the only FH with condo status in Kovan and within walking distance to the MRT.

D9 and D10 quantum units' are too huge to swallow and hard to rent out with resonable yield.

Just walk slightly further up and you can have Florentine also... the agent once told me, what do you prefer when people ask you, 'where do you stay?' You reply, 'Florence Road' or 'Lim Tua Tow Road'? Sorry to those staying there but no offence meant!

actuerly i personally prefer road names like Lim Tua Tow, Lim Ah Pin or Lim Ah Woo... very got the local the flava leh... in fact probably more cabbie know where vs Florence Rd or Glasgow Rd k. expats may like the local sounding address as well as is whimsical and makes for nice joke over dinner or drinks....
