    how come more n more projects coming up in cbd area?
    i thought the last 1 will be the 1 opposite lumiere after skysuites@anson was launched..
    now suddenly there's cecil suites coming out from nowhere.

    More mm units in this area. I welcome them as my rental unit in this area will not be affected.

    its much harder to rent out 2bedders in CBD....seems like harder to find above 5k budget tenants

    anybody got the same sentiment?

    much easier to find tenants below 4k budget now....

    What would one choose if there is a two bedder and a studio at $4.5k? The two bedder is bought at 40% lower in $psf than the studio unit.

    jus checked ur EG

    2bedder asking px from 1.6mil upwards(1600-1700psf)....rental asking 4.3k...gross yield 3.2%

    Happy to see that the price has gone up. Looking at beyond 4% yield when Telok Ayer MRT station (100 - 150 metres away) comes into operation next year.

    u will b looking forward to more cap appreciation

    any changes in policy surely affect ppty

    GE will affect ppty market sentiment as well...

    lets hope for the best

    Look forward to Concept Plan 2011 at the end of the year. There is a conference that I am invited to attend in June where MBT is the GoH on National Development.
