I realised that the size of the centra heights units in the caveats is all smaller than in the brochures. There is no 344 sq ft unit in the centra hights floor plans, smallest is 409 sq ft. Is there sth wrong with the ura website?

u are right, just found it too. Maybe URA doesn't consider a/c ledge and balcony?

Strange leh. How could ura have calculated without the balcony. I see the othe developments should also hv increased psf due to this. But tht is not the case.

Developers will use this discrepancy to get more pple to flip at the higher psf which is not good.
