    This is along upper east coast, n the land rather small. Was at east coast residences last week visiting someone, dun like these small development myself, but was told resale units there are asking very high $psf.

    the master bedroom of the 2 bedroom loft/ph is the biggest joke. must slam the side of the bed against the wall. that's much worse than their 1 bedder which at least has a proper bed area.

    Went to the pre-launch sale this afternoon. The development is next to a church. Indicative price is $1300 psf and kind of expensive for non shoe box type. Hopefully, there is not enough cheques collected by 29 Jul which is the actual sale.

    layout/location not bad....1200-1300psf shd do well....

    shd be walking distance to bayshore future mrt?

    I know such floor plans are not drawn to scale but it disturbs me when I dun know how big a room is (especially master and junior master for 4 bedder).

    Minton's 4 bedder's junior master cannot fit in a queen size bed properly. They had to cut part of the mattress and stack it on top of the bay window just to fit in. Normally, people who buy 4 bedder will have 3 generations living in it and having 2 ensuite rooms will ensure privacy for parents and married child & spouse. It is such a pity!

    hahaha... as eg only lor... cos I noted that the 4 bedder floor plan for this development also not very clear in defining the scale. Dunno if the bed is a double or super single in the master or junior master...

    oh, 1200 - 1300 psf then its very very reasonable for new projects there I think. Projects around the area all raising $/psf upto 1400-1500/psf, whether FH or LH99, condo age varies, future Bayshore mrt is on the way...

    Advertorial describes it as "Close to upcoming MRT which could be in Siglap"

    I thought advertising MRTs as possibly in the vicinity was not allowed anymore. In any case, wouldn't Bayshore MRT be nearer compared to Siglap?

    Siglap will be further away, Bayshore mrt will be closer as it's closer to Bayshore road.

    Went to see it today.. Gosh the balcony is huge!! and BW everywhere... asking 1450psf...for no balcony unit.. balcony units are 1380psf... if u dont mind watching the car park drive in and by the road.. 1.5M can get a 3 bedder. if not dont have 1.7-1.9M can forget going to view.

    I find that there is a lot of wasted pace in the balcony and bw everywhere.

    wow... so many kai Zi... the balcony really huge. Project is ok. but psf is off the chart. rooms are so so small. at most put a bed and u are left with just leg room.

    The balcony are super huge. its fine but paying $1490psf even for the balcony! the actual per unit psf is very high maybe $1800psf?
