Yeah, bought the Soho without seeing showflat. The manager told me they were making some changes to the upper deck (bigger).

Nope, it was national day offer. Valid to 3 customers only. Happen to be there when they announced the 2% FV, so grabbed it.

Took a look at the soho unit yesterday. I didn't see it when I was there to purchase the 1 bdrm suites weeks ago. The soho looks nice especially the high ceiling. The upper deck is still under renovation. I think should be good to buy for investment.

Went down yesterday. Can't believe the townhouses are so popular. majority of those launched were sold. About $1000 psf which works out to be $3.1 to $3.2 m. Wonder who are those who bought? Local or foreigner? If local, I wonder why spend that kind of money on 99 LH?

    Agree.

I think for investment or rental, soho units are a good choice.

    Ya, many units sold.

Should be mostly foreigners buying. Any idea how many total units sold for this project till date?

"Discounts may drop further" means less discounts?
The agent told me that when launch, the prices will be even higher.

Yup. Drop further = less discount.

By a show of hands, are most of the buyers here getting it as an investment or to stay?

Personally, i'm getting it to stay. My first home.

2 of my ex classmate also bought it for investment. With super low interest and very volatile stock market. It is still better to park our money in the property. IMHO.

Agreed. That's why I got my soho(Later can even rent out as small office). Especially the interest rates are so low now.

Don't worry, those soho and 1 bedrm are mainly buying for investment. 2/3 bedrm and bigger units will have buyers buying for own stay.

Just got an sms from agent saying that today is the official launch day.
Wonder what are the prices like now?
    Will it be more expensive?

Ya hor . I didn't realize that was the advert.
I found that page irritating and never look at it when I removed it to read headlines of the actual papers.
