The floor plan is indeed poor. I think the wardrobe is supposed to be located inside the household shelter which is puzzling given its size of 484 sqft, some developers are able to sell that size as a 2 BR. The a/c ledge looks like a balcony to me.

I received news that the 1BR will be marketed at around $1500 PSF, translating to a quantum of $700+ k for a 1BR.

Given the current market sentiments, bigger units may be hard to move. But considering that the last launch in that area was Hertford collection, which was catering to a different crowd, Urbanite may be able to move the 1BRs which make up almost half of the development.

Finally, I have to declare that I am vested in this area.

Anyone been to the showroom? I saw its advertisement yesterday and went. I thought the furnishings provided esp in the kitchen are better than CityScape. Location wise, the surroundings of Urbanite are all private apartments or houses. so, I quite like it... Any comments?
