    Hell yes. Investing in property is one of the safest in today's contex Looking at the brilliant take up rates for the first 3 projects, this upcoming one shld do well too.

    1-bedder too if im not wrong. i know it was close to 90 percent sold but given that this is One big project, its considered a very good response. Since nv shld Top in q2 next year, hopefully Palette will be ready by end 14.

    Selling fast is good for neighbours, it shows that the plot of the lands in Pasir ris grove have good demands and potential.

    I‘d say only punggol is having a close fight with pasir ris. Before we see the actual integrated watertown mall, it is still a very ulu place now although the Government had said they will transform it into the jewel of the north east many years ago...think a better planned tampines?

    probably trying to cheong this project and transfer the resources into the next few projects around they area. complete quickly, collect more money and bid more land. maybe that's why they can go bidding for a couple of projects lately.
