    Noticed some caveats lodged in Sep for NV units (ard $900 psf for 1109 sq ft). Developer sales? Can't be subsale? ABSD still applicable...

    is this normal for top some blocks will move in first..
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    Yes, it is normal. By doing it, this will not holding up the buyers of getting thier keys, moving in and settle down quickly so that the developer can focus the next phase for TOP. This is a win win situation for both, the developer and buyer. (developer happy with their 25% got from buyers' banker and buyers can move in early and stay. Hehee)

    As for blk 9x onwards, it is no point of moving early as the palette still understruction, the structures stilll not up yet, The residents have to bear with the noise and dust when they stay in.

    CDL updated the TOP progress...88% completed. most likely Phase I owner might start receiving the keys after CNY.

    Contacted CDL developer, all P1 letters will issue this week to all solicitor (lawyer) for key collection and payment (25% + 6 months maintenance fee)....cheers ...congrats
